PEWTER

Natures’ combination of  3 kind raw materials, consist of pure Tin, Antimony and Copper in a proper percentage to have 100% PEWTER WARE.

       The age of Pewter has formed since Roman and Ancient China city.  They have chosen Pewter ware for their kitchenware like glass, Bowl and etc. because of its qualification can maintain either warm or cold temperature last longer, shinning material which can use for house display, no rusty, hard to break and more over is non-toxic to human.

Pewter Ware is a kind of handcraft  that need to combine of art and human specialist skill, the production procedure are as follows:

1. MOULDING

After finalize and proof of design is approved, the designer will build a mould ready at the first stage.

1. CASTING

We have to go through the process of sources and selecting the quality of 3 kind material as mentioned earlier and measurement weight according to percentage required.  Then melt all together into 300-400 C till become liquid and pour the prepared mould.

1. POLISHING

Once the Pewter body become solid, the handcraft specialist will touch up to have a smooth design and do gentle polishing till shining is being shown.

1. SOLDERING

Some design may consist of more than one pieces, therefore it needs to be soldered such as beer glass with handle.

1. PACKING

After 1-4 procedures are completed then cleansing with to quality testing before packing and store into the inventory before deliver to our customers in later
